ABOUT US
I wanted to open a small store, for many years, and I had been hunting for a good location for a long time. I have had a lot of experience working within the retail sector, and cut my retail teeth at Heals Tottenham Court Road, this is where my thirst and passion for furniture and objects really started.
Our store is a quirky space, it consists of three rooms, all linked together, there is a lot to see feel and touch. I wanted people to experience retail in a lovely environment, nothing looks the same online!
My plan was to sell a slightly quirkier selection of furniture, lighting, art, and gifts. The name The Edit because I see it as an edited selection of current trends. From Boho to Scandi, toModern Retro, an edited selection of trends which I personally love.
I am a trained interior designer, with a BA Hons in interior architecture. I have had a very diverse career path, which includes many different disciplines of design, from commercial, retail, office and hotels, I have pretty much worked in every industry. More recently I have worked as a residential interior designer, working with all manner of different clients, from celebrities to showhomes .
We are now selling a lot more gift items, as well as clothing, and we are launching a separate website for these.

IT’S ALL ABOUT COLOUR
I am passionate about colour, pattern and textures. I feel that life is more interesting with a signature style. Our clothing department has been a huge hit especially to the local high street, we have a mixture of price ranges, to suit most budgets.
All of our products from clothing to accessories are curated from many different brands, especially European brands, and including conscious companies, who are helping save the planet. The aim is to create a collection of edited styles, reflective of current fashion .
We aim to stock quality fashion lead brands, including Lollys Laundry, Blackcolour.dk, Suncoo, Louizon, Sugarhill Brighton and Traffic People.
Our interiors brands include, Bombay Duck, Grand Illusions, Ian Snow, Cozy Living,Garden Trading, Jarapa glass Plus many more! Additionally we have an account with Coachhouse who supply a wonderful array of everything interiors.
